Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Berkay Turk, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as “BRT APPS”, registered in France under SIREN 103 051 652 (“Sopravo”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Sopravo app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The service

Sopravo records meetings and produces a transcript, speaker separation and a structured summary with action items, entirely on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device speech and language models. The app requires iOS 26 or later. The AI summary feature requires an iPhone 15 Pro or newer, where Apple’s on-device models are available; recording and transcription work on a wider range of recent iPhones.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the recordings, transcripts, summaries and other content you create with Sopravo (“Your Content”). Your Content stays on your device and, if you enable backup, in your own iCloud account. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not access, use or share it.

Your responsibility when recording

You are responsible for how you use Sopravo, including obtaining any consent required by law to record a conversation in your jurisdiction and with your participants. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Subscriptions, trials and billing

• Sopravo offers a 7-day free trial, followed by a paid subscription (weekly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
• All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings; the trial can be cancelled before it ends to avoid any charge.
• The “founder” lifetime price is a limited introductory tier; the price you see at purchase is the price you pay, as guaranteed by the App Store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s policies.

5. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, “EULA”). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to circumvent purchase or licensing controls, or use it to infringe others’ rights or break the law.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, the Sopravo name and logo, and all related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. On-device components are used under their respective open-source licenses (see the Privacy Policy and the app’s Licenses screen).

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Automated transcription, speaker separation and summarisation are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate; you are responsible for reviewing the output before relying on it. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including, where applicable, your mandatory statutory consumer rights).

10. Third-party services

The app relies on services from Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry and Cloudflare, each under their own terms and privacy policies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
